Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- ½ cucumber
- 1-2 mint leaves
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp linseed oil
Preparation
Instructions: Wash the spinach and cucumber. Put the spinach in the blender. Slice the (organic) cucumber into smaller pieces and add to the blender. Peel the banana and cut it into smaller slices, then add it to the blender along with the mint leaves. Add a little water and mix. Finally, stir in the linseed oil.
The underrated ingredient:Spinach. It has now been scientifically proven that spinach makes you stronger. Nutritionists at the Free University of Berlin have discovered that the plant-based steroid ecdysterone, found in spinach, stimulates muscle growth.
