- Watermelon (ideally Sugar Baby watermelon)
- Olive oil
- Cayenne pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sides examples: Prawns or Italian ham or salad
This is a super straightforward recipe which is sure to bring back that summer feeling: peel the watermelon and cut into 3 by 3cm squares. Add the squares to a grill pan or a non-stick frying pan and fry them well from all sides using a little olive oil. Season with some salt, cayenne pepper and balsamic vinegar. Done!
