From the academy kitchen: lightning-fast pea soup

Ingredients for 2 persons


  • 650ml vegetable stock
  • 500g frozen peas
  • 2 teaspoons of creamed horseradish
  • 100ml cream
  • Salt and pepper


Bring the vegetable stock to the boil in a saucepan, add the peas and cook according to the instructions on the packet.

When the peas are cooked, put 4 tablespoons of peas aside and finely puree the rest in the saucepan. Then stir the whole peas back into the mixture.

Finish with the cream and creamed horseradish. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste if necessary.
