  • A whole papaya pulp
  • 1 orange
  • 400ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 5 cm ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tsp linseed oil/walnut oil


Instructions: Cut the papaya in half and remove the pulp. Peel the orange and slice it. Put the orange and the papaya in a blender. Add the coconut water. Peel the ginger and cut it into slices. Add the ginger and the spices, then mix. Finally, stir in the linseed oil. 

The underrated ingredient: Papaya. The so-called ‘tree melon’ is rich in vitamin C. 100 grams should be enough to cover an adult’s daily requirements. But that’s not all: the superfruit also contains vitamin A, E, B1 to B6, as well as folates such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper and zinc.
