Colorful and healthy: Part 1 - The striker

Our Hertha boys love them too! Here is our first favourite: The Striker.

Sich gesund unr richtig zu ernähren ist nicht einfach. Oft hilft eine Ernährungsberatung dabei Nahrungsmittel und Getränke optimal auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse einzustellen. 



  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 3 large oranges
  • ½ glass sea buckthorn juice
  • Fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil


Instructions: Peel the oranges and cut them into big slices. Put the spinach in the blender with the orange slices and sea buckthorn juice and mix together until it has a smooth consistency. Add the mint and linseed oil and mix again. 

The underrated ingredient: Sea buckthorn. When raw, this real all-rounder is almost inedible. It contains a lot of vitamin Cand also provides useful B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12). This boosts the metabolism. The superfruit also contains calcium for strong bones, iron for the blood and magnesium. It truly is a hidden gem for athletes.
